The A5 edition combines an overview-oriented monthly planner with 385 undated daily pages. Its larger page area provides more room for detailed scheduling, journaling, project notes, drawings, and pasted materials.

The diary begins with a two-page annual calendar, followed by 28 pages of monthly block calendars covering December 2026 through January 2028. The monthly section provides an overview of appointments and events across the year.

After the monthly calendars are 385 free-format daily pages. Dates are not preprinted in this section, so the pages can be assigned as needed rather than being restricted to one fixed date. There are enough pages for a full year of one-page-per-day entries, with additional pages for notes or days requiring more space.

The daily section uses two complementary page layouts across each spread. The left-hand page includes a vertical timeline from 8:00 to 24:00 for recording appointments and time-based plans. Seven dots at the top can be used as task bullets or extended into an early-morning timeline for 1:00–7:00. The right-hand page provides a more open writing area for journaling, notes, diagrams, and illustrations.

The lightly printed layout leaves substantial writing space. On open areas, the ruling from the reverse side remains faintly visible and can function as a writing guide. Marks printed along the outer edge help position the included index stickers evenly.
