Returns & Refunds – FAQ
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may cancel your purchase and return the products within 14 days from the date you receive your order, for any reason and without justification.
Return process
- If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at info@ritekru.ch, since the “Request Return” option appears only after shipment.
- If your order has already been shipped, submit a return request by using “Request Return” in your order details or by contacting us.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Pack the items securely, print and attach the return shipping label, and send the parcel via Swiss Post (PostPac Economy).
Please note
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return shipping is charged at a flat rate of CHF 7.50 using Swiss Post PostPac Economy.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.
• If items are returned not due to our responsibility, only the product amount will be refunded.
The original shipping fee paid for the order is non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our responsibility (for example, defective products or shipping errors), we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
Please note that the return request page may temporarily show a CHF 7.50 return shipping deduction as part of the system calculation.
However, once the return is reviewed and confirmed to be our responsibility, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost will be fully refunded.
What conditions apply to returns?
Returned items must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In their original condition, with all packaging intact
Opened or used items are not eligible for return, as they cannot be restocked.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please contact us with:
• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• photos showing the condition of the item(s)
You may also submit a request through “Request Return” on your order page, select the return reason, and briefly describe the issue in the Note section.
We will then contact you by email with further instructions.
Once the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, the refund will include:
• the full order amount
• the original shipping fee
• the return shipping cost
How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are processed within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
