The Kokuyo Harinacs Press fastens paper without metal staples and without punching a hole. Its press-lock mechanism compresses the paper fibres together, leaving a slim, discreet fastening area that does not add bulk when documents are stacked.
It can bind approximately five sheets of standard copy paper. When the pages need to be separated, rub the pressed area with a firm rounded object, such as a pen cap, to loosen the bond. With no staples to refill or remove before recycling, it is convenient for meetings, temporary documents and paper disposal.
